The CCI Academy was birthed from SALT leadership training. It offers advanced leadership training for anyone involved in Church Life. If you are looking to grow, resource or release you or your team into ministry in a deeper way.

Building on the expertise and success since its inception The Academy has grown into the leading vehicle for the delivery of education and ministry credentials within CCI.
Taught one day a week (Thursdays) over two years, the Diploma covers a wide variety of subjects delivered in a classroom based setting and will carry an obvious leadership emphasis. The lectures are delivered by local pastors and other experts, is assignment tested. Students will be assigned a personal development coach and will host in national events throughout the duration of the course.

Planting Heaven is the signature leadership conference for local church leaders and their teams in Ireland, and in 2025 we will be unwrapping the future of CCI, hosting the passover from Ps Seán Mullarkey to our next National Leader Ps Brian Somerville, and providing fresh vision for 2025 and beyond.
