Leading in today’s ever changing world requires faith, skill, courage and not a small pinch of passion. Throughout the year CCI hosts a variety of events designed to stimulate the leadership call within you, together with your lead and staff teams.
RELEASE: planting churches
Planting new churches remains the most effective way to maximise the potential of sharing the good news about Jesus in the world today. Our heart is to see healthy churches in every community around Ireland. As a result, we’re keen to equip church planters with everything they’ll need to successfully launch and grow a brand new church.
RESOURCE: investing in vision
CCI earnestly desires to invest in you, your church and especially the God sized dream you carry within your heart. Whether its to plant a new church, grow your leaders, enlarge your volunteer base, begin a funding campaign, appoint staff or leadership teams, birth new ministries, defining vision or developing a healthy culture we’ll endeavour to help you every step of the way.
From connecting you to our national Pastoral Care Team, a dynamic calendar of events including PULSE for your youth, or the CCI Academy and a host of other local, national and international pastors, church leaders and resources, CCI invites you to jump on board and be part of this exciting movement in Ireland.

Planting Heaven is the signature leadership conference for local church leaders and their teams in Ireland, and in 2025 we will be unwrapping the future of CCI, hosting the passover from Ps Seán Mullarkey to our next National Leader Ps Brian Somerville, and providing fresh vision for 2025 and beyond.
Who should come? Pastors, Church Leaders, Ministry Leaders serving in any area of church life (kids, youth, welcome, etc.)
